The Independent Flooring Group supply Floorgear products direct from member’s warehouses across the UK.
Your Account Application will be forwarded to your local member for completion.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
- Complete the Application form below
- Your local group member approves your account and we send log in details within 48 hours
- Use your log in details to browse our online shop and view prices
- You can add our products to your website if you have one
- Visit the Floorgear E-Store and place your order online
- When we get confirmation of delivery, you receive our invoice
- You can keep buying to your credit limit – pay early if you exceed
- Clear the previous month’s balance by the 20th of the current month
Let’s Open An Account
Please complete the form including your full business/ limited company name VAT number and contact details. When your account is opened you will receive a Username and Password to give you full shop and pricing access.
By pressing submit form we will commence the account opening process. Your account will only become active when a scanned, signed copy is returned to us.
Summary of Terms of Trading
- Once your account is approved, you will be advised of your credit limit.
- Your account runs monthly and must be paid by 20th month following.
- Deliveries will only be made if your account is below credit limit and current.
- If you fall behind or go over limit, goods will be on hold until payment is received.
- Independent Flooring Group Members retain title on goods which have not been paid for and will act to recover.
- By pressing ‘submit form’ this form will be returned to us.
- The process of establishing your account will then begin.
- Your account will only be activated when a signed copy of this form is received via scan or post.
